Raw Feeding

What is Raw Feeding?

Raw feeding is a diet for your dogs and cat designed around a more natural approach, this is made up of meat, bone and offal. With feeding your animals the right ratio of these will ensure they are having a healthy and balanced diet. There are two main methods of raw feeding; DIY, this is sourcing your own products and putting together your own meals following the correct meat:bone:offal ratio. The second way of doing this is buying pre-prepared minces, you just need to defrost the minces and serve to your beloved pets.

Areas you'll see improvements; shinier coat, healthier skin, cleaner teeth and fresher breath, anal glands and best of all their stool size reduces!

Storage of Raw Food Products

All our products are frozen, so ensuring you make room in your freezer is a must when feeding raw. We recommend to only defrost the amount of food you would need to feed, however any extra or left overs can be kept in the fridge, we just advised to keep it in a sealed container and aiming to use it 2-3 days after it has been defrosted. Just make sure when handling the raw food you follow the same hygiene rules you would follow when preparing raw meat for yourself.
